Our Bank/Financial Services Unit manages assets taken back by banks or assets that are currently involved in the REO/Default/Workout status. We focus on maintaining the assets value while the financial institution works out any issues with property owners. We have managed property for banks in 12 states, including Illinois, Indiana, New York, Alabama, New Jersey, Florida, California, Texas, Wisconsin, Kansas, Oregon, Maryland, and Nevada.
We will design an exit strategy that is appropriate for the market, asset and bank situation. We help facilitate foreclosures, Deed in Lieu Situations, Probate Scenarios, Sales and Long-term Management.
